Payment Log

• • Scouts have a payment log in Scout book shooing

  • Red is Amounts due and Grey is payments

  • the balance sums all the transactions.

  • you can download a CSV/Excel file of all the transactions with the CSV button.

  • You will receive an email monthly if you have a negative balance. This is a reminder to make a payment. If you have any questions or need to make payment to pay off just let us know.

  • Adult Leaders now have a Payment Log but older payments before 9/2021 are put in with their scout's account. (if they do not have a scout we add a scout with the adult in name to use for that adult).

Cost

• Monthly dues are charged around the 1st of the month. $10, If you have 2+ scouts the first scout is $10 and the 2nd+ scout is $7.50. You can also do yearly dues and pay for 10 months and get 2 free. (1st scout $100 2nd+ scout $75

  • You are charged dues as long as you are registered as a Scout with Troop 11 unless you tell us otherwise.

• Camp Outs are charged usually within a week after the campout. Sometimes before just depends if we have to make payments.

  • The Standard cost is $15 for scouts and $20 for Adult Leaders for food and consumables plus any camp or activity fees.

• Monthly if you have a negative balance you will get a reminder of your balance. If you have made arrangements or a payment plan please continue with that and this is just a reminder, not a collection.
